Clause 1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Any activity suspected of fraud, hacking, or system abuse will result in the relevant account being suspended and an immediate investigation launched. During the investigation period, access to funds in the account may be restricted.

Clause 4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
